Stable Living LLP is looking for a Community Supported Living DSP Lead to join our growing team! We are based out of Eau Claire, WI and have expanded to Superior, WI. In the position we have available you would be a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working with individuals in our CSL (Community Supported Living) Program! This position is intended to be full-time, 40-45 hours a week, hours ranging between 6am to 6pm. The first couple weeks we would need you to be flexible with hours and your schedule as we are just opening this program. This position could turn into much more within the first few months. Come join us and make a positive impact in someone's life by being the support they need!Community Supported Living (CSL) is a program where our staff members go out to client homes and offer assistance in the client's areas of need. This can range from assisting with grocery shopping, getting out into the community for activities/leisure, cleaning, cooking, budgeting, keeping up on hygiene, keeping a schedule, appointments, a wide range of personal cares/transfers, etc. The person for this position will need experience and/or feel comfortable doing transfers, using hoyer lifts and completing some high-level personal cares with some clients. Each shift you may work with multiple clients ranging from 1 to 3 hours each client depending on their needs.You will be working 40-45 hours per week.Wage:Starting: $17.00Regular wage increases at 6 months, 1 year mark, and annually thereafter.Job Duties:Working in home shifts: Our client types vary on what they need from daily living skills, cooking, cleaning, laundry, transfers, bathing, personal cares, etc.On-Call: Once a month you would be the on-call lead for a week at a time. During weekdays, you would be the night on-call from the hours of 5p-8a. During the weekend, you would be the on-call from Fri 5pm - Mon 8am. We compensate $150 per week for on-call.Miscellaneous tasks given by Director such as monthly summaries, vehicle inspections, extra client-based tasks, etc.Behavioral intervention when needed.Available to work between the hours of 6a-6p during weekdays and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).Encourage community integration and participation - getting our clients out of the house to go for a walk in the park, movies, bowling, gym, community events, etc.Understand and implement incentive techniques to allow clients to become successful in their care plan goals.We offer company vehicle to travel to client homes to provide care and transportation.All CSL employees must understand and be willing to provide cares such as showering, bathing, and toileting for clients.The best person for this role is an individual who is patient, a problem solver, creative, social and passionate about the care of others.
