Duración de la oferta: hasta el 10/09/2026.FuncionesAdministrative & Operational Excellence You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate contract administration, including: - Collecting, reviewing, and validating information required for contract verification. - Creating and managing purchase orders for contractors operating through their own companies. - Reviewing contracts generated by the business to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Creating and maintaining client and candidate master data in ERP systems. - Supporting timesheet and billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. - Managing invoicing activities, including: - Uploading invoices to customer portals. - Reconciling receivables against candidate invoices and billing information. - Supporting month- end and contract closing activities. - Providing data and documentation to Finance and Accounting teams. - Generating reports and analyses to support business needs and decision- making. - Acting as a trusted support partner for internal and external stakeholders. Customer Service & Stakeholder Management Building strong relationships and delivering excellent service are at the heart of this role. You will: - Communicate with candidates to collect and verify information required for contract processing. - Support candidate onboarding by explaining systems, portals, and payroll- related processes. - Respond professionally and efficiently to candidate enquiries. - Address client queries and provide timely solutions. - Support consultants with operational and administrative requests. - Coordinate closely with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery. - Ensure a positive stakeholder experience throughout the contract lifecycleRequisitosExperience We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast- paced, international environment and enjoys combining operational excellence with customer service. Preferred experience includes: - Working in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) or international operations environment. - Experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract Administration, or Customer Service. - Working with international stakeholders and cross- functional teams. - Experience with ERP systems and process- driven environments is an advantage. Language Skills - Fluent Polish, German and English are essential. - language skills are highly desirable.
