We prepare and cook menu items at the commissary for the food truck service.Job description:We work on a part to full time schedule depending on events which include Farmers markets and special event occasions.Shifts are variable hours, and days of the week may vary some. We prepare our menu items in a certified commissary in Lynnwood, WA., to be ready for service from our mobile food trailer. We will be very hands-on in your training and are always continually fine-tuning as we go. You should have a sense of pride in your work and strive to put out the best dishes possible. The dishes require high attention to detail so we look for precision in all ingredients even before hitting the plate. Strong and respectful communication skills are required as is the ability to think on your feet. Working together as a team is the key to our success. Food Handlers permit is required.
