As a Senior CRE Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible to perform internal audits of commercial, SBA, and commercial real estate loan portfolio. Educate the department on credit policy.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Responsible for auditing collateral files to ensure proper documentation, security perfection, regulatory compliance, and conformity to Bank’s CRE lending policies and procedures.
Responsible for reviewing loan tracking log to ensure all applicable loans have been submitted for audit.
Responsible for staff training sessions and educating commercial lenders, support staff and internal documentation staff on credit policy.
Prepare and submit weekly QA reports to senior management, internal audit, compliance and risk management and credit administration that identifies all commercial lending divisions audit exceptions. Report any internal documentation exceptions noted during the audit process. Communicate clear exception resolution to Loan Officers when assistance or clarification is requested.
Assist department Manager in the development and maintenance of the Loan Quality Assurance standard operating procedures. Provide other support as needed.
Responsible for participating in required training on pertinent compliance laws and regulations as required by the Bank. Keep loan staff informed of changes and updates in commercial lending policy and regulations.
Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Experience
2 or more years of commercial real estate loan administration experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Possess a solid understanding of financial contracts, Bank regulatory compliance issues, and the perfection of security interests.
Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, auditing, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of work within defined time frames in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel.
Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to commercial, consumer, and real estate lending.

Targeted starting compensation range is based on location and experience: $61,867- $81,519
Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles
