Crew Member

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies- Follow all safety and security proceduresRequirements:- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service to customers- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote special offers- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
