At The Grounds Guys, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation, as well as the opportunity for professional growth and respect that comes from working for the industry leader.$18-$20/hr Crew Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction Mowing & Blowing Trimming Plants, Trees Power Washing Pool Cleaning Maintaining equipment$22-$25/hr: Supervisory Responsibilities:Leads a crew of workers doing Landscape Maintenance in areas such as high-end residential properties and commercial properties: Manages 1-2 subordinate crew personnel Ability to train and mentor crew members Understanding irrigation systems Knowledge of Landscape Lighting Effectively communicate and relay problems with properties and customer's concerns with office staffMust have valid AZ Driver's License
