Duración de la oferta: hasta el 05/01/2026.FuncionesActing as the main link between business and technical teams, the Product Owner manages the product backlog, defines requirements, and ensures solutions align with strategic goals. The role balances business needs with legal, technological, and security constraints, ensuring all platform developments are effective and aligned with organizational objectives. It also requires an excellent functional understanding of how our Salesforce CRM platform operates end to end. In collaboration with the Solution Architects the Product Owner regularly engages with key suppliers supporting our Salesforce CRM (i. e. : Salesforce, Bullhorn, Textkernel) to assess business value of their new features. Key Responsibilities Own topics from a PO perspective from ideation to release and beyond, as prioritized with the Senior Product Owner. Responsible for maintaining an accurate and current backlog of epics. Document high level requirements, scope and objectives for topics in the definition and discovery stages, ensuring the why is clearly articulated. Prepare topics for architecture triage discussions and collaborate closely with the Senior PO and architecture in the assessment of available solution options. Present new topics to the delivery team and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the Functional Team to define acceptance criteria, answer questions during delivery and validate any changes. Collaborate with solution architects to ensure designs meet the business need. Sign off user stories in show and tell. Participate to agile ceremonies and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement in team processes and product delivery. Coordinate UAT for strategic projects with our Adoption and delivery teams. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to obtain feedback and help shape product evolutions. Inputs to Adoption plans and training materials to ensure it is accurate from a Product perspective. Support innovation with Proof of Concept functional assessments.Requisitos5+ years of experience as product owner, business analyst or CRM / digital projects implementation. Strong experience with Salesforce (as a super user, admin, or product analyst) . Fluency in English (essential for global collaboration) . Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, actionable requirements. Excellent communication skills, able to engage and collaborate with global and cross functional teams. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment with innovative ideas and technologies. Ability to balance business needs with legal, technological, and security constraints. Skilled at facilitating workshops, gathering feedback, and driving consensus among international stakeholders. Strong organizational skills to manage product backlogs, requirements, and priorities across multiple projects.
