Join one of our 5-star luxury resorts in Lanzarote and boost your culinary career! We are looking for motivated and ambitious Culinary Interns to join our kitchen teams Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across various kitchen sections (hot, cold, breakfast, buffet…) Support mise en place and stock control Follow food safety & hygiene procedures (HACCP standards) Contribute to ? la carte service and special event operations Learn international cuisine techniques from skilled chefs Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchenRequisitosCulinary / Gastronomy students or similar studies Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for hospitality and fine cuisine Minimum internship duration: 3 months (preferred 5-6 months) Idioma requerido: Inglés.
