Customer Representative

The House Of Mercier is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Customer Representative who speaks Dutch, to join our dynamic team supporting Specsavers. In this unique role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers from sunny Greece, providing them with comprehensive support and solutions regarding their eyewear and optical needs. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our brand's commitment to quality service. Answer product inquiries and guide customers through their purchase journey. Handle returns, complaints, and feedback in an empathetic and effective manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for customer interactions. Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide informed assistance. Report on customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the retail or optical industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Able to thrive in a remote work environment and manage tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is advantageous. Passionate about helping others and contributing to a team-oriented culture.
