Small business, looking to hire a full-time, admin/customer service assistant, M-F, 8-5. Admin support role to owner. Position works directly with customers and employees. Knowledge of construction/lumber industries welcomed, but not required. Will train the right candidate.The admin/customer service assistant will work directly with the owner to facilitate sales & orders, translate Spanish to English, answer phones, respond to customer questions/concerns and run errands as needed.Ideal candidate will possess the following:- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software- Basic math skills- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.- Demonstrates initiative in learning the ins and outs of the business
