Coaxion Radiology provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value and support to the hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers we serve.Duties/Responsibilities: Patient Inquiries: Address and resolve patient questions and concerns related to services, procedures, and general healthcare information. Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the scheduling process. Insurance Assistance: Guide patients through insurance verification, claims processing, and billing inquiries, providing clear and accurate information. Technical Support: Offer assistance with online portals, telehealth services, and other healthcare technologies, troubleshooting any issues that arise. Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints and issues, working to find timely and satisfactory resolutions. Data Entry: Update and maintain patient records in the system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery and communication. RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle patient concerns calmly and effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using healthcare-related software and technologies. Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
