Position Overview:Telos Legal Corp. is currently seeking a Customer Specialist to join our Sacramento team. This role is ideal for an individual eager to develop their skills and contribute to our client services. The position requires collaboration with team members and support for various office functions. As a key member of our Sacramento operations, the candidate must demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday. The role requires physical presence at the office; remote work is not an option. Successful candidates should be team-oriented and committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to both the Sacramento and New York offices. Sacramento Office Responsibilities:Perform daily filing drop-offs and pick-ups at the California Secretary of State's office (conveniently located within walking distance).Manage Apostille, Authentication, and Legalization requests.Monitor and update new registered agent appointments in our databases, ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping. New York and Sacramento Office Responsibilities:Submit filings to various Secretary of State offices (e.g., annual reports, formations/qualifications, dissolutions).Conduct quality control audits and research.Assist with corporate document retrieval (e.g., good standing certificates, certified charters).Process UCC filings and searches.Provide general support to other TLC employees and clients as directed by your supervisor.
