Job Title: Customer Success Manager (CSM) Location: Work From Home Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and reduce churn.Regularly conduct check-in calls and email surveys to monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous support for clients.Proactively communicate with clients to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure their needs are being met.Develop customized strategies and action plans for clients, aimed at optimizing their experience and ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.Create and present reports on client satisfaction, retention metrics, and strategies to the leadership team. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 yr of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement client-focused retention strategies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Experience in conducting client check-in calls, email surveys, and analyzing client feedback.Familiarity with tools like NotionResults-oriented and proactive, with a strong desire to ensure client success and satisfaction.
