We specialize in a variety of dance styles and are committed to fostering a positive and creative environment where students can thrive.Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching dance and the ability to inspire and motivate students. You will be responsible for teaching dance classes, developing lesson plans, and preparing students for performances and competitions.Key Responsibilities:Teach dance classes in various styles, including but not limited to Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Tap, and/or Ballroom.Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to students' skill levels and goals.Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and other performances.Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance.Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate events and activities.Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in dance.Assist with studio events, showcases, and other community outreach efforts.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or relevant role.Proficiency in one or more dance styles (Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, etc.).Strong understanding of dance techniques and ability to teach students of varying ages and skill levels.Ability to create a supportive and positive classroom environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.Certification in dance education is a plus.Experience in choreography and preparing students for performances and competitions.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Dance or a related field is preferred.At least 2 years of teaching experience in a dance studio or school.Strong commitment to student success and professional development.Reliable transportation to and from the studio.Ability to pass a background check.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.Flexible scheduling.Supportive and creative work environment.Opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team of dance professionals.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, a cover letter, and a brief description of their teaching philosophy.
