Dance Instructor

Job descriptionLooking for a part time LOCAL dance/gymnastics/yoga teacher with experience teaching children 2-8. We are a mobile company traveling to different schools/centers throughout the area. Successful candidate will be trained in a specific curriculum. Teachers are expected to make classes a priority commitment - this is NOT a job where substitutes can be called in to cover for auditions etc.Suitable candidates will be contacted by phone for more information.Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourHours: Afterschool and/or MorningsJob description:- Lead ballet, tap, gymnastics or kids yoga classes for 2-8 year old students, on a part-time basis- Adapt to various teaching methods to meet students' needsRequirements:- Must have OWN transportation and have a VALID driver's license- A fun, energetic and patient individual who has a passion for children and dancing- Experience in teaching preschool children a plus!- Intermediate knowledge in Ballet, Tap and/or Gymnastics is a plus!- Knowledge of light yoga a plus!Hours can vary from 9:00am to 12:00pm 3:00pm to 5:00pm Monday thru FridayLocations throughout Hudson County.Bergen County locations also available.Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 5 10 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
