Roadie is looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for delivering analyses and actionable insights that directly support company decision making. This individual will work cross-functionally to measure, assess, and monitor key business metrics, working with datasets across a variety of systems applying analytical skills to support our teams and achieve company goals.
As an early member of the analytics team, you’ll have many opportunities to make a meaningful impact by helping develop how we do analytics as a company. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a startup environment in an analytics role. Not everything has been built yet and data might be messy, but your self-motivated nature is hyperfocused on designing a system for reliable metrics.
What You’ll Do

Deliver analyses and build dashboards that expose deep understanding of key business metrics across Roadie’s various datasets
Perform analyses and develop visualizations using BI Tools
Develop and deliver dashboards that provide insights that inform product and business decision making
Partner with business stakeholders providing clarity and guidance on various analyses
Build custom external dashboards for enterprise clients to support customer engagement and expansion
Execute on various ad hoc analytics requests
Collaborate cross-functionally to align metrics and reporting
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization with a focus on actionable analytics

What You Bring

2+ years relevant experience in analytics or business intelligence role
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
Expertise in SQL with ability to build complex queries across platforms
Experience with data visualization tools & with Excel
High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate and present complex analysis with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Curiosity asking hard questions and seeking answers in the data
A bias for action, thriving in a fast-paced environment

Bonus
