Data Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Data Analyst to join our world-class team.You will work closely with teams across the company (product & engineering, sales, customer success) to drive data-informed decision-making. You will be responsible for analysing user data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve our product and customer experience.What the job involves Collaborate with various team members to deeply understand data requirements and gain insights on customer and business needs Analyse data to extract valuable and actionable insights on user behaviour (leads, clients and lawyers), product performance, and industry trends Create and maintain visually appealing dashboards and reports to monitor and measure key product and experience metrics and performance indicators effectively Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes and new features Apply statistical methods and utilise machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and predict user behaviour with precision Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the team in order to drive data-informed decision-making Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product changes and initiatives, iterating as necessary Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise data collection processes, ensuring high-quality and accurate data integrity Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a role focused on product Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in statistical analysis and A/B testing Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex data insights Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling business challenges Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of programming languages is a plus Basic understanding of legal terminology and processes is a plus Benefits✈️ 34 Holidays (25 days annual leave + your birthday off + public holidays) Enjoy a fully remote working arrangement for a better work-life balance Competitive remuneration package including equity⛳️ Regular company socials Home set up supportAbout the companyLawhive is an online platform for consumers and small businesses to get legal help for a fraction of the cost of a local law firm.Equal access to the law is one of the biggest and most pressing unsolved problems in society today.
