Dox Electronics Inc. is looking to add a Desktop Technician to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level I and Level II help-desk support to employees who work from the office and from home or other remote locations. This is a support position in which you will work with many clients in all different industries. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face.
