Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and countries/brands.
Identify key digital channels and technologies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and regularly maintain sessions with countries to deep dive into results to optimize.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Media Strategy:
Design and execute effective media strategies that encompass both online and offline channels aligned with countries/brands based on data-driven results.
Manage media buying activities across various platforms and agencies to maximize ROI.
Continuously optimize media campaigns through data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Oversee relationships with external agencies, media partners, and publishers to ensure effective collaboration.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favourable terms and outcomes.
Professional Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, and analytics.
Expertise in media planning, buying, and optimization.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools and data visualization software.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Experience working with agencies and media partners.
Strong interest in digital marketing, technology and data analysis.
Strong digital mindset.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
High level of English written and spoken.
