This full-time position is responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring the performance of inbound marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the website and convert and nurture leads. The role will use their creative and analytical talents to publish content and advertising that resonates with EOS’s target audiences.
Will report directly to the EOS Worldwide Marketing Technology Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure integrations and automations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other software systems are fully operational.
Develop and execute the testing, training and documentation of new marketing technology processes within our suite of software.
Create, optimize and publish landing pages, blog content, email content, as well as support one-off website and CRM requests.
Track, monitor, and analyze data; report on KPIs to determine opportunities for improvement across all digital marketing channels.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams to develop, troubleshoot, and support marketing & sales strategies to support overall company initiatives.
Conduct continuous marketing research and analyze industry trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must share EOS Worldwide’s vision and core values.
Bachelor degree and 3+ years applicable marketing experience.
Solid understanding of inbound and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, and WordPress.
Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, etc).
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs tools.
Ability to navigate fast-paced growth and change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum.
Excellent and highly professional interpersonal skills – in person, via video conference, and by phone.
Strong soft skills such as good attention to detail, empathy, critical thinking, and versatility.
Bonus: Experience in marketing SaaS and Franchise solutions.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Adept at working in a full time remote working environment.
Experience working in a company running on EOS.

Location: Work from home position with occasional work travel and on-site collaborative meetings as needed
Job Type: Full-time, exempt
Compensation Range: $60,0000 -$70,000 base salary commensurate with experience, plus the potential for a performance-based bonus in addition to tech/office stipend, health benefits, life insurance, 401k match, voluntary life/disability/AD&D, summer flextime, PTO, and more!
