We are looking for a Director, Training & Development to join our Team! Are you passionate about owning, designing and overseeing training programmes for internal and external clients? We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, process driven, and methodical.Think you’re a fit for Evotix?The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Director, Training & Development includes:Develop and implement a training and development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and considers the organizational structure;Assess and evaluate business needs and priorities and own the training roadmap; Partnering with others to create new training programs and curriculum to help employees improve their skills and performance and to help our customers receive value from our products and services; Working within budgets to coordinate paid and unpaid training initiatives across the organization; Leading, and holding accountable those developing programs and delivering training;Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency; Establish metrics to measure the impact and ROI of training programs. Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed; Navigate and leverage the matrix structure in relation to owned programs and those owned by others (Product, Operations, Sales); Co-owning the revenue model for external training for customers; Develop certification process/requirements for internal training of staff. What you’ll bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, organizational development, learning and development, or a related field / experience;Proven experience in training and development roles, ideally from a B2B SaaS sector;Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies; Experience with learning management systems; Excellent communication and presentation skills;A highly collaborative approach; Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, with a demonstrated ability to influence others; Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment; Experience leading in a matrix organization.
