We offer our employees the opportunity to choose what works best for them as often as possible - from your wellbeing support to your growth and development, and beyond!Job DescriptionYour CareerThe Director of Worldwide Partner Program, Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) is a global role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day elements of the MSSP Path, including working globally and cross-functionally to strengthen MSSP efficiency and scale. This role reports to the Senior Director of Worldwide Partner Programs and will support our award-winning NextWave Partner Program, requiring a broad array of skills, including go-to-market strategy, program and incentive design as well as, content creation and project management.Your ImpactManage the day-to-day programmatic aspects of the MSSP Path, including strategy and execution against key partner performance indicators (bookings, pipeline and new customers)Lead strategic initiatives by guiding MSSP Path design, implementation, management and ongoing adjustmentsCollaborate with leadership to identify, prioritize and execute strategic projects, working closely with Sales Operations and IT to define project scope, stakeholders, requirements and deliverablesTrack and monitor performance of key partner initiatives such as program compliance and specialization / proficiency trending, including developing analytics, designing dashboards and distributingLead a team of two, Senior Partner Program Managers, MSSP who are responsible for MSSP Path development and supportManage MSSP Path compliance, working closely with Sales Operations and Partner ExperienceWork cross-functionally to help optimize and automate partner tools, systems and processes to enhance accuracy, reliability and deliver a frictionless experienceCreate and maintain key program content (overview presentations, guides, infographics, etc.) and collaborate with the Partner Experience team to ensure accurate and relevant program contentAssist with internal and external MSSP Path communicationsDrive awareness and help enable potential and current MSSPs as well as Palo Alto Networks field teams on the MSSP PathManage the development, delivery, and follow-up of key MSSP Path improvement areasQualificationsYour ExperienceBA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field or equivalent military experience required5+ years of partner, channel or sales program experienceExperience working in channel or sales organizationComfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver resultsAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate to drive resultsStrong attention to detailsProven problem solverExcellent time management and project management skills Additional InformationThe TeamThe Ecosystems team at Palo Alto Networks is a critical component of our continued growth and a strategic pillar for accomplishing our mission. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $168,600/yr to $272,800/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
