Responsibilities for DishwasherScrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machineWash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishesClean, sanitize, and maintain dish machineUnload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properlyEmpty trash containers regularlyMaintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as neededPerform additional cleaning duties as requestedClean food prep stations and equipmentQualifications for DishwasherMust be able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsComfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quicklyAbility to work Monday-Saturday and some holidaysWorking knowledge of sanitation proceduresAbility to read, write, and speak in English
