Must be able to perform in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Ability to perform all tasks mentioned above.Fully understands and can complete all Pet Bathers' duties to company standards. Must have scissoring skills and knowledge of all breed cuts, detailed oriented, able to handle seniors, puppies and everything in between with patience and love.Role RequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional dog grooming experienceAbility to lift and groom pups up to 75 lbsShampooBathing DogsBlow drying DogsHaircutsAdditional ServicesCleaningStandards and ProductivityHealth and SafetyCleaning:You will be required to correctly complete your daily, weekly, and monthly equipment cleaning and salon cleaning duties. You may be required to accept additional duties as needed.Work Environment:The majority of job duties are conducted indoors in the grooming salon. Position requires bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 75 pounds) and standing for long periods of time. A large amount of this partners time will be spent in direct contact with our guests dogs, and the remaining time will be with the other salon and store partners. The work environment can be noisy and wet. Improper use of safety equipment and/or not following proper lifting techniques may pose of risk of injury to customers, pets, and store personnel.
