We're looking for a dynamic & motivated professional to take on CRM Challenges in an international and multicultural environment. As a Senior CRM Manager/Head of for EMEA you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining a multi channel CRM marketing strategy across 20 countries. A key part of this role is leading and developing a team of CRM professionals, ensuring strong collaboration, clear prioritization, and high-quality execution. Team management and people development are central to the success of this position. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of our growth strategy at PageGroup. The role reports into the Channel Marketing Director for EMEA and is part of the Global Channel Marketing Organization. This position has also a dotted line to the Group CRM Director as part of the expert team in charge of the Global CRM strategy for the company. You will: Campaign Management: Lead the creation, development, and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across EMEA using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring high-quality delivery tailored to each market. Project Leadership: Strategically design, plan, and orchestrate CRM initiatives across 20+ countries, coordinating closely with other marketing channels and local teams to ensure alignment and impact. Stakeholder Management: Partner with local Marketing teams and cross-functional peers (Digital, Content, Studio, etc. ) to drive seamless campaign implementation. Collaborate with Global CRM teams to support the rollout of global CRM tools, frameworks, and lifecycle strategies. Segmentation & Targeting: Define and build audience segments, leveraging CRM and marketing tools to deliver relevant, personalized, and scalable campaigns. Multi channel coordination: Oversee the production and delivery of campaign assets (copy, visuals, templates) , ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution across all channels. Analysis of Campaign KPIs: Analyse campaign KPIs, produce actionable insights, and present results and recommendations to key stakeholders to continuously optimize CRM performance.RequisitosCRM strategy & platform proficiency: Proven track record of delivering strong CRM performance, with deep expertise in CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and in driving revenue through automation, personalization, segmentation, and CRM best practices. Data Driven Approach: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data insights into impactful strategic actions. Highly skilled in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to optimize CRM performance. Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate, guide stakeholders, and align teams through impactful influence. Clear, concise communicator who naturally operates as a team player. Change Leaderhsip: Proven capacity to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and drive progress with a constructive, problem-solving approach. Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and coordinate complex task flows, ensuring operational clarity and timely delivery across CRM programs. People leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a multicultural team of 4 6 CRM professionals, spanning both stakeholder-facing campaign roles and technical CRM experts.
