This is our opportunity.Reporting to the Manager of Customer Onboarding, our Enterprise Implementation Project Manager will lead our largest customers to successful adoption and long-term success with the Kojo platform by coordinating and delivering strategic implementation plans that meet customer business needs. About the RoleSuccess in this position will look like best-in-class project management through strategic stakeholder alignment, customized solutions, and seamless customer experience.This role will include:Leading enterprise-level customers through a prescriptive and thorough implementation process and clear documentation, and by coordinating efforts and resources across multiple teams and with the customer to ensure project progress and stakeholder alignmentDriving process change and improvement in customer organizations by educating cross-functional champions on Kojo methodology and general procurement best practices Conducting meetings and consultations with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define scope, deliverables, and timelines.Establishing strategic relationships with multiple points of contact within each organization, and conveying Kojo’s value in a meaningful way to all key personas and usersChecking in regularly with customers to ensure the project is progressing and they are actively using our products, striving for optimal usage patternsEnsuring customer projects remain on track and not at risk through proactive communication, successful removal of barriers, and continuous progression towards project goalsContributing to and maintaining Kojo’s Enterprise Implementation methodology Synthesizing customer needs and sharing themes with the Kojo Product team in a way that maintains the customer’s perspective while also understanding the broader Kojo product roadmapAbout YouAn aggressively organized implementation manager with a passion for driving successful customer outcomes will thrive in this role! If this is you, apply with us!What you’ve accomplished:4+ years in a project management role in a customer-facing capacity, managing enterprise-level accountsTrack record of success as a successful collaborator who has worked on cross-functional projects and teamsAbility to prioritize solving customer problems while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills in front of a variety of technical and non-technical audiences; construction industry knowledge a plus Experience traveling to customers to conduct technical trainingsAutonomous ability to manage travel and logisticsRapid yet personalized implementation of a software product where metrics and success are based on time to value, adoption, and revenue retentionAbility to both be aware of an evolving product and influential in proposing updates to onboarding practices to support adoption of newest releasesWhat you care about:Customer Obsession: You understand that what might be small things to us make a huge difference for themPassion: You care intensely about Kojo's successImpact: You are both fast-paced and detail orientedInnovation: You seek to understand the truth behind problems and find solutions to themThis role is entirely remote for US-based candidates and requires nationwide travel approximately once a month.The base salary for this position is between $95,000-$125,000, commensurate with experience. Working at KojoSalary: Your salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skillset, market dynamics and balancing internal equity relative to other Kojo employees.
