We are looking for a passionate and driven part-time esthetician to join our team and grow with us.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>As an esthetician at Pacific NW Beauty Bar, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including performing skincare treatments, acting as a receptionist when needed, and supporting the clinics operations.</p><p><strong>Esthetician Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments</li><li>Perform waxing, brow/lash services, and body treatments</li><li>Conduct client consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatments</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space</li><li>Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business</li></ul><p><strong>Master Esthetician Responsibilities:</strong> (If applicable)</p><ul><li>Perform advanced services such as chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and other medical-grade procedures (must be certified)</li><li>Educate clients on the benefits and potential results of advanced treatments</li><li>Work alongside medical professionals to assist with clinical procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Receptionist/Administrative Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish</li><li>Manage client scheduling, phone calls, and email inquiries</li><li>Handle payment transactions and record appointments</li><li>Assist with maintaining inventory of products and ordering supplies</li><li>Provide product recommendations and upsell retail items based on client needs</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Current WA State Esthetician License (Master Esthetician License preferred but not required)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Passion for skincare and sales with the ability to upsell services and products</li><li>Positive attitude, team player, and reliable with a strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle receptionist duties when needed</li><li>Prior spa or retail experience is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible part-time schedule with potential for growth</li><li>Commission on product sales and select services</li><li>Opportunities for continuing education and professional development</li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong><br>Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your passion for skincare and why you'd be a great fit for Pacific NW Beauty Bar.
