We're seeking a Project Estimator with 1+ years of estimating experience in the Commercial Construction industry and general knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff Estimating Software for insulation, fireproofing, waterproofing, caulking, and expansion joints. Project Management included with each winning bid. *This role requires most workdays to be spent in the office with minimal time on job sites.As a Project Estimator, you will:* Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages* Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors* Analyze proposal specifications and drawings* Conduct detailed bid reviews* Develop strategies to increase success during the bidding process* Track awarded contracts and assist with project preplanning We offer:* Competitive salary ($60k-$70K Annual Salary)* Flexible schedule, paid time off* Full-time position (8-hour shift, Monday-Friday)* Opportunities for advancement and growth Requirements:* 1+ years of commercial construction estimating experience* Meticulous attention to detail* PlanSwift software experience, a plus* Background check and drug test* Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, good driving record* Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Florida* Strong prioritization, computer, and self-management skills* Ability to work well with our team* Bilingualism preferred but not required www.DennaouiInc.com
