**Job Title:** Event Manager**Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact on our customers,. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events at our restaurant ~ ensuring all aspects align with the company's objectives and meet high-quality standards. The Event Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders., musicians, artists, etc to deliver memorable experiences that drive engagement of our restaurant pardons**Duties:**- Plan and execute diverse 2-3 weekly events such as comedy show, wine down Fridays, Talent showcases, corporate meetings social gatherings, etc- Coordinate all event logistics including vendor coordination, catering, scheduling, etc- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services- Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses are kept within approved limits- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all attendees- Implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract target audiences- Oversee on-site event management to guarantee smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly- Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with overall company goals- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event management**Requirements:**- Proven experience in Events Management or related field- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for events- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendorsIf you are a dynamic individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences through events, we invite you to apply for the Event Manager position.
