In particular, you will:
Own logistics and vendor management for in-person and virtual events.
Research and provide recommendations of venues and vendors for event programs
Develop comprehensive event processes (list management, invitation strategy, workback calendars) to ensure smooth execution of conferences and events.
Manage event platforms and technologies to ensure seamless online experiences.
Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guideline.
Monitor and analyze event metrics to assess effectiveness and implement improvements. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Additional Requirements:
Up to 30% travel (internationally) for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry events
