The building provides sweeping views of the city, a games area, sit and stand desks at every workstation, modern end-of-trip facilities and Thursday night drinks which gives our people an opportunity to connect in a social setting.Job DescriptionAs a driven Executive Assistant, you’ll work with little direction to support two Senior Executives, ensuring they have what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients and meet their internal commitments and goals. This position works across APAC and involves working across multiple countries and time zones, heavy scheduling (and rescheduling) of internal and client meetings including coordinating large board events, booking travel, managing team logistics and keeping track of time and expenses.We operate in a hybrid model, meaning you’ll be in the office as your Executives require and have flexibility to work remotely (if you choose) at other times during the week. EA's help shape our culture by actively participating in office life and collaborating across functions to help fellow Services Team members.
