Organize international travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries. Prepare executive presentations, reports, and confidential documentation. Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables. Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the President. Liaise with global teams, senior stakeholders, and international offices. Support to European Directors Coordinate calendars and meetings across multiple European time zones. Provide administrative and operational support for regional projects. Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up documentation. Organize travel, internal events, and cross-office visits. Operational & Communication Management Serve as a central point of contact between the Executive Office and internal departments. Facilitate communication across multicultural teams and international locations. Ensure all meeting materials are prepared in advance and follow-ups are executed. Manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.RequisitosRequirementsEducation & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 5 - 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role within a multinational environment. Proven experience supporting C-level executives. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Languages Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish required. Additional European languages (French or German) are a plus.
