About the Operation: Boutique fleet of vessels accommodating approximately 700 guests per ship. Each vessel features multiple refined dining venues, including specialty fine - dining and classic ? la carte restaurants. Culinary operations are supported by a highly skilled international brigade working within a fully equipped production galley under strict financial, quality, and sanitation controls.
