You will design and deliver full-stack applications and automation workflows that connect systems and eliminate manual effort for teams across the enterprise.Your ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain full-stack business applications using modern web technologies (Node.js/TypeScript, React or equivalent)Design and implement process automation workflows and system integrations using tools such as n8n, Make, Power Automate, or Azure Logic Apps — experience with at least one of these platforms is strongly preferredDevelop, consume, and document REST APIs and webhooks to connect internal and external systemsCollaborate with business analysts and process owners to map, optimize, and digitize workflowsParticipate in solution and code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and security standardsManage deployment pipelines and contribute to CI/CD practicesWrite clean, well-documented code and create technical documentation for solutions deliveredSupport end-users and business champions during rollout and after go-liveYour Profile3–5 years of software development experience with a focus on building business-facing applicationsSolid proficiency in full-stack web development (Node.js, TypeScript, React or similar)Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, integration patterns, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, API keys)Hands-on experience with at least one workflow automation platform (n8n, Make, Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar) — this is a strong differentiatorAbility to work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and deliver on timeStructured, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a drive to eliminate manual workPreferredFamiliarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and/or Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) as an added advantageExperience with DevOps and CI/CD practices: GitHub Actions pipelines, basic Kubernetes concepts, and Docker containerisation (optional but welcome)Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and data modellingExposure to containerisation (Docker) and basic DevOps/CI/CD practicesKnowledge of AI-powered features or LLM integrations within business workflowsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
