Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesWe are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in F&B division (outlet TBC). You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As an intern, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service to our clients. You will report to the Outlet Manager. The main duties will include: Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues. Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment. Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner. Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service. Set-up buffets and food stations.RequisitosExcellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards are highly valued. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask is required. Previous experience in a 5 start hotel is recommended. The applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish. It is mandatory to be able to sign an agreement with the school/ university for a 6-months period.Se ofreceThrough this internship opportunity, we aim to provide a high-level learning experience. Our goal is for you to acquire as many skills as possible by rotating through different positions or tasks in an environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity includes: A full-time, 6-month internship (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday (8 hours per day). Weekends are free, and we include a 30-minute lunch break within the working hours. Meals are covered during the shift. Uniform and laundry service are provided by the hotel. We offer 5 days of vacation during the 6‑month internship period, as well as a day off on your birthday. A gross monthly allowance of €500. A learning plan tailored to the student, based on previous experience, motivation, and goals.
