As we expand, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is vital in enhancing our relationships with data center clients across EMEA, ensuring we continue to meet their evolving needs with agility and excellence.
Working closely with the Operations and Project Management teams at Salute, this position is responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of individual projects. The scope of this position is concentrated in revenue and job cost analysis and includes transactional support and research.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with Project Managers to update project plansVerifies accurate input of POs and COs in CRM/ERPAssists with analysing and reviewing project billingAssists with analysing and reviewing project revenue and profitability forecastingAssists with monthly P&L reviewsConducts project reviews with Project Managers on a bi-weekly/monthly basisWorks with PMs to generate client specific project reportingOther accounting tasks as needed related to projectsMonitors and analyses costs, billing and revenue associated with projectsInvestigates project plan variances and works with PMs to reconcileAssists with preparing month-entries related to revenue and expense accruals and various other JE's as related to projectsOther duties assigned may include month-end and YE financial closing tasks
Desired Experiences/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience in professional services or data center background a plusAble to communicate well within the organization as remote employeeKnowledge of Sage Intacct or similar accounting software package a plusKnowledge of Salesforce a plusProficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)Possess positive attitude & team-player with a customer service mindsetMust possess strong project management skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsMust be detail orientedAble to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
This position is working from home within the UK. Cities closer to London are preferred.#EMEA
