Under the guidance of the? Assistant? Director of? Finance,? you’ll? support the Finance department on the financial operations of the hotel while managing hotel assets and ensuring a centralized accounting environment.? ? Reconcile check requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.? ? Liaise with purchasing? departemnt? in solving any discrepancies? Process? invoices? and? ensure? approval.? ? Resolve? supplier? inquiries? and? provide? support in? preparing? payments? Assist? with? month- end? closing? and? ledger? entries.? ? Provide? support in? supplier? accounts? reconciliation? duties? ? Prepare? reports? as? required.? ? Ensure? compliance? with? procedures.? Provide support for any ad- hoc tasks that may arise in the department.? RequisitosWhat we are looking for. . .? You´re studying a bachelor´s/master´s degree in hospitality or a related field? You have the possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months? Advanced? skills? in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software? Ability to multitask, work in a fast- paced environment and have? a? high- level? attention to detail.? Fluent in English.?
