Financial Analyst

<p>Avant Capital, a commercial real estate bridge lending firm is seeking a financial analyst to assist with underwriting and analysis of prospective loan and/or equity investments.</p><p>The analyst will support the lending team with asset valuations as well as due diligence;</p><p>prepare loan investment summaries; draft term sheets; and investment memoranda, as needed, compose individual investment presentations for loan committee review.</p><p>In addition, provide assistance with the asset management functions by maintaining individual loan ledgers, preparation of payoff letters, and updates to portfolio loan stratification schedules. </p><p>Direct report to principals of the company. </p>
