Duración de la oferta: hasta el 09/05/2025.FuncionesMaintain accurate and up to date financial records for written business. Ensure all financial data is properly documented, filed and stored for inwards and outwards payments. Process premium payments from policy holders. Ensure accurate recording of premium payments in the accounting system. Reconcile premium payments with policy records. Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records. Identify and resolve discrepancies and avoid and clear de existing ones with brokers and partners. Manage the issuance of monthly statement to the brokers and coordinate with the business regarding outstanding premiums. Save all statements, bordereaus and closings per client in daily basis. Issuing of bordereaus. Follow up coinsurance / Claims and other outwards payments are done and identified. Administrate lead fee invoices and VAT lead fee declarations withing the finance team. Work closely with UWting Ops team to ensure Systems follow up cash allocations and tax inclusion. Provide support to the credit control team with aged debt and excess cash queries when required as well as data reporting. Assist with and investigate any directly received cash in the bank accounts to establish allocation to policies identifying and controlling missing amounts. Undertake other appropriate ad hoc tasks as requested by the management team. Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and procedures. Assist in the implementation of new financial systems or software Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Report any suspicion of financial crime to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer immediately. Operate within the Company's standards for Treating Customers Fairly. Manage any potential conflicts of interest to avoid disrepute to the company's integrity. Advise Compliance of any complaints immediately RequisitosExperience 1 3 years of experience in accounting in the insurance industry; Lloyd's and London Market processing arrangements for premiums and claims; Lloyd's Franchise Board standards; Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority framework; Familiarity with insurance related accounting practices Analytical and problem solving skills; Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese or Italian would be a plus; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
