Assisting customers in all facets of our service including educating about and recommending solutions that will help meet the customers need and improve the customers running and walking experience. Fit specialists will also help fulfill both customer and non-customer facing operations duties.Duties/Responsibilities: Provide extra mile customer service while consulting with customers to learn their needs and identify opportunities to educate about solutions available at the Runners Forum that will improve their experience. Accurately perform Runners Forum gait analysis and fitting process concluding in recommending the best shoe/solution based on each customers specific characteristics and intended use. Gain proficient product knowledge to accurately educate on all products carried by Runners Forum. Proficiency with POS system (Customer information, transactional procedures, product lookup). Apply company policies to guide customer service.Required Skills/Abilities:Outgoing, service-oriented personality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.High attention to detail, excels at following processes consistently.Excellent time management skills including on time arrival to work.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteEducation and Experience: Running and/or multisport experience, half marathon experience preferred.
