Compose.ly is looking for awesome editors who love digital content as much as we do! We need you to edit and deliver consistent, high-quality content across industries for a variety of clients (including Fortune 500 companies) by editing at least 10,000 words a week.

Are a flexible, experienced editor capable of tackling a wide array of topics
Are familiar with SEO
Are detail-oriented and take pride in your work
Know the difference between “editing” and “rewriting”
Take on constructive feedback and are always looking for ways to improve
Have strong organizational and time management skills
Are positive and enthusiastic
Requirements
Intimate familiarity with English
A bachelor's degree or higher
Familiarity with the AP style
What would make you stand out:
A background in SEO and content marketing
A degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, or other relevant fields
Extensive editing experience
Responsibilities
Rework, edit, and/or proof blog articles, white papers, web copy, and more across industries
Manage multiple client projects at a time including corresponding with individual writers
Use Compose.ly platform to track, organize, and upload projects
Request revisions and coordinate client-requested revisions with writers
Provide a rating and constructive feedback to writers
Stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO and content marketing
