At Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, we are looking for a Front Office Intern. Learn and develop your skills in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Main responsibilities: • Welcome guests, check them in and out, following the hotel's quality standards. • Handle customer requests and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. • Assist in managing and updating reservations in the hotel management system (PMS) . • Support incident resolution and ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for guests. • Perform administrative tasks related to the front desk, such as managing correspondence and daily reports. • Student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields. • Advanced level of Spanish and English (other languages will be valued) . • Communication skills, attention to detail, and customer focus. • Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and computer tools such as Excel. • Positive attitude, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.Requisitos.
