You will learn the art of 5-star service by: Creating a First Impression: Assisting with seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive. Personalizing Stays: Handling guest inquiries, providing local recommendations, and coordinating special requests to exceed expectations. Mastering Operations: Gaining hands-on experience with premium Property Management Systems (PMS) and luxury hospitality standards. Multicultural Communication: Interacting with guests from all over the world, sharpening your language skills in a professional environment. Problem Solving: Learning how to handle challenges with grace, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude.RequisitosThe Vibe: You are charismatic, proactive, and have a genuine passion for making people smile. The Skills: Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Business degree. The Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a huge plus!
