Duración de la oferta: hasta el 09/03/2026.FuncionesCall handling and screening Overseeing daily front desk operations Welcoming and assisting visitors Managing mail and courier services Organizing and coordinating meeting room and other facility bookings Carrying out administrative tasks related to the center's daily operations Ensuring the proper condition of the facilities and reporting any incidents Supporting the organization of events and activities within the centerRequisitosUniversity degree or Executive/Personal Assistant qualification Native English (preferably British) or Spanish candidate with native/bilingual English level Previous experience working in educational institutions or international environments Previous experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, or Secretary Advanced user of MS Office, new technologies, digital applications, and AI tools Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proactive, autonomous, and self motivated Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skillSe ofreceImmediate start Permanent full time contract Working hours: 09: 00 18: 00 with a 1 hour lunch break Intensive working hours from 09: 00 15: 00 during non teaching periods (summer, Christmas, and Easter) Holidays in accordance with the Private Education Collective Agreement Salary: €25, 000 €30, 000 gross per year Pension plan Employee shuttle service from Madrid to the school
