As a Front Office Intern, you'll play an important role in creating a unique guest experience full of personalized memorable moments on the island of Malta. What you will be learning: · You will assist with all daily procedures, from check-ins to checkouts. · You will facilitate updating internal daily documentation as well as handling new reservations and modifications if necessary. · You will be providing high-quality concierge service, offering room show around of the hotel and the premises. · You will be in charge of handling guests’ feedback and finding solutions in a professional, qualitative and timely manner. RequisitosAbout you: · You are willing to learn and you want people to feel welcome and valued. · You are organized and not afraid of multitasking. · You are a team player, ready to work in collaboration with your colleagues. · You have a keen eye for details and love making guests have an enjoyable moment. · You are able to find solutions and put them into practice with the help of others. · You are able to interact and have a discussion in English.
