A multinational engineering and technology leader specializing in industrial automation, electrification, and process digitalization, driving productivity and sustainability for clients across diverse industries.Mission: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of global IT administration and automation services, ensuring operational maturity, SLA compliance, and ongoing service improvement. (Location: Spain)Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a scalable service-delivery framework aligned with business objectives.- Define, monitor, and improve SLAs and OLAs to guarantee consistent service performance.- Chair the Change Advisory Board to evaluate and approve critical system changes.- Lead response efforts for high-severity security incidents and report outcomes.- Drive automation initiatives and review SOPs semi-annually.- Manage vendor relationships and oversee a €5M+ IT services budget.Must Haves- Master’s degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar.- Security certification (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent).- Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in security and SIEM management.- Proven expertise in ensuring enterprise SIEM (Splunk) and SOAR (Palo Alto XSOAR) platforms deliver business and operational value.- Experience managing an operational budget exceeding €5 M and leading mixed teams of internal and vendor staff.- Demonstrated ability to define, monitor, and optimize SLAs/OLAs, and to lead a Change Advisory Board.Nice to Haves- Experience with process automation technologies (RPA).- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks. - Strategic vision for cybersecurity and advanced security analytics.- Strong negotiation and global stakeholder management skills.- Proven track record in digital transformation within multinational organizations.
