Duración de la oferta: hasta el 20/02/2026.FuncionesPurpose Of the Role:We are looking for a Global CRM Marketing Product Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our CRM Marketing product strategy. This role will work closely with the Global Head of CRM Product, CRM Marketing teams, CRM regional teams, and technology partners to define, prioritise, and deliver features that drive business value and enhance customer experience. As Global CRM Marketing Product Specialist, you will bridge CRM Marketing needs and technical delivery, ensuring our CRM Marketing roadmap is executed with clarity, efficiency, and measurable impact. This role supports the delivery of the CRM Marketing product vision and roadmap across SFMC and SFDC Customer Connect. It ensures lifecycle journeys, campaigns, segmentation, and personalisation capabilities are effective, scalable, and continuously improved, while also owning key CRM product processes including backlog and defect management.Key Responsibilities:CRM Marketing Product Vision and Strategy Support the Head of CRM Product in shaping the CRM Marketing product vision, goals, and long-term roadmap. Ensure product development supports lifecycle journeys, segmentation frameworks, triggered messaging, and personalisation needs. Translate CRM Marketing requirements into clear epics, user stories, and measurable outcomes. Advise CRM Marketing teams on CRM product capabilities, constraints, and best practices. Backlog Management and Delivery Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with priorities and business goals. Work with marketing, regional CRM teams, technology, and data teams to turn requirements into actionable stories. Support sprint planning, release readiness, and delivery with development teams. Stakeholder Engagement Act as both product and CRM Marketing expert, advising stakeholders on marketing principles and CRM capabilities. Lead requirement workshops, prioritisation sessions, and solution validation. Provide updates on roadmap progress, releases, and defect resolution. Quality, Testing, and Support Manage CRM Marketing defect intake, prioritisation, and escalation. Conduct functional testing and validate new features. Lead post go-live support including hypercare and adoption monitoring. Documentation and Knowledge Maintain product documentation, release notes, and version control. Provide training and guidance on CRM functionality and CRM Marketing best practices. Continuously improve processes such as defect handling, testing, and adoption trackingRequisitosWhat We Are Looking For Experience as a Product Owner, CRM Product Manager, or CRM Marketing specialist. Strong understanding of CRM Marketing, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and personalisation. Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong analytical and communication skills. Detail-oriented, with strong focus on testing, quality, and adoption.
