Design and maintain a scalable service-delivery framework aligned with business objectives.Define, monitor, and improve SLAs and OLAs to guarantee consistent service performance.Chair the Change Advisory Board to evaluate and approve critical system changes.Lead response efforts for high-severity security incidents and report outcomes.Drive automation initiatives and review SOPs semi-annually.Manage vendor relationships and oversee a €5M+ IT services budget.
Must HavesMaster’s degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar.Security certification (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent).Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in security and SIEM management.Proven expertise in ensuring enterprise SIEM (Splunk) and SOAR (Palo Alto XSOAR) platforms deliver business and operational value.Experience managing an operational budget exceeding €5 M and leading mixed teams of internal and vendor staff.Demonstrated ability to define, monitor, and optimize SLAs/OLAs, and to lead a Change Advisory Board.
Nice to HavesExperience with process automation technologies (RPA).Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.Strategic vision for cybersecurity and advanced security analytics.Strong negotiation and global stakeholder management skills.Proven track record in digital transformation within multinational organizations.
