Duración de la oferta: hasta el 26/04/2026.FuncionesAs Global Social Impact Manager, you will play a key role in designing, driving, and scaling PageGroup's global Social Impact agenda. Your primary contribution will support one of our core strategic goals: Changing 1 million lives by 2030. You will report to the Global Inclusive Culture & Social Impact Director, working closely with regional leadership teams, P&C, Internal Comms, and our Social Impact Champions across 36+ countries. Global partnerships management · Lead the global partnership with Generation, active in 15 countries. · Coordinate with regional Social Impact leads. · Directly manage programme delivery in Ghana and Kenya. · Manage The Switch, a key Social Impact partner for SSC Barcelona & UK. Stakeholder engagement · Partner with GBS Managing Directors to support their Social Impact strategy and objectives. · Build strong collaborative relationships with HR, Marketing, Recruitment Consultants, Internal Comms, and Key Account Management teams. Programme delivery & engagement · Lead and activate global and local Social Impact initiatives. · Support regions in delivering campaigns, volunteering programmes, and partner activities. · Ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices across all Social Impact efforts. Reporting & storytelling · Produce quarterly global Social Impact communications and progress reports toward group goals. · Support sustainability reporting, client questionnaires, external assessments, and social impact content across digital platforms (web, social media, PageConnect Hub). Operational excellence · Maintain and update the PageConnect Social Impact Hub. · Act as a subject matter expert on social sustainability for tenders, proposals, and key client conversations.RequisitosExperience · Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Impact and CSR, sustainability, non-profit partnerships, employability programmes, or similar fields. · Experience managing international or multi-country projects is highly valuable. · Proven ability to deliver programmes from concept to execution, ideally involving external partners (charities, NGOs, schools).
