Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for contract work in our corporate headquarters in Morris County, New Jersey.Responsibilities and Duties:Interpreting the visual/conceptual needs at handThinking creatively to produce new ideas; using innovation to redefine a design campaign and meet the constraints of cost and timeMulti-tasking: working on more than one project at any given timeProducing accurate, high-quality workContributing ideas in creative brainstorming meetingsWorking well in a team- with other designers, copywriters, marketing coordinators, account executives, and outside print vendorsWorking well and efficient under tight deadlinesKeeping abreast of developments in design software and MAC operating systemsCommunicating with print vendors and other suppliers to request quotes and pricingRetouching images in PhotoshopKnowledge of printing techniques (including large format printing)Understanding design as it applies to digital media (eblasts, social media and website banner ads)Creating mock-ups of brochures and other informational collateralProviding design and graphics for client websitesSupport role is strongly desiredSkills and Certifications:Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorDigital (UI, UX, Sketch)Ideation: Moodboards, Idea Generation, etc.BrandingDesign for PrintDesign for Digital: social media and website (WordPress)Formal BFA degree with a focus on Visual Communications/Graphic Design a must.Rymax (http://www.rymaxinc.com) understands the value of employee appreciation and customer loyalty.
